Teaching GUM

Welcome to my first blog!  I have been quite eager to get this started so we, Maine teachers, can share ideas during this time of uncertainty and transitions.  My current burning issue is GUM – grammar, usage, and mechanics.  How do you teach GUM?  What are your suggestions for best practices?  What are some great resources?  Have the revised standards impacted your instruction?  I want to hear from you.
